PRIVACY POLICY

Our corporation name is 1604291 Ontario Inc.  We use it on labels so that no one will guess the contents of your shipment.

We use a secure server so that your confidential information such as credit card numbers, addresses, phone number and other personally identifying information is encrypted so it can be transmitted securely. 

The same level of protection is used by banks and financial institutions.

We ship in plain packaging with no packing slip inside.  Your receipt will be emailed to you.

We DO NOT sell, rent or trade our customers information with any 3rd parties.

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Shipping is a flat rate of $14.95, however there is no shipping fee on orders over $49.95 or over with a few exceptions (full size dolls etc.)

All orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after date of order.  We will not ship on weekends or holidays.

We only ship within Canada by Xpress post service.  Customers within Ontario should receive their shipment between 1 to 2 days after processing.  For all other provinces or rural areas, please allow up to 5 days.

Because we recognize that our customers prefer discreet service when it comes to ordering adult products, all orders are shipped in plain packaging with the return address of 1604291 Ontario Inc. so that no one will be able to guess the contents.

SHIPPING ISSUES

If the address you entered when checking out has any errors, the item will be returned to us and an additional fee will be charged in order to reship your parcel.  Please contact us right away if you discovered an error has been made.

You can cancel your order at any time.  However, if the order has been shipped, you will not be refunded for the shipping cost to your address as well as the cost of the return.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you have made and error or decided to purchase something different.  We appreciate customers can change their minds and want to be as accommodating as possible.  If your order qualified for free shipping and you cancelled after the parcel has been shipped, you will be charged for the shipping fee to your address as well as the return fee.  To cancel your order, please email us.  Your Credit Card will be refunded, minus 10% of the total amount charged.  This is the fee that is charged by credit card companies to us when we process your order.

RETURNS

Because of health reasons, no products can be returned.  However if there has been a shipping problem, please contact us by email for return instructions.  All packages returned to us "unclaimed" via Xpress post, will be subject to an additional shipping charge before being reshipped. 

We cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed be incorrect information or declined credit cards.  Goods must be in their original condition & Packaging.  This includes the protective plastic covering unopened.  

Goods must be received back at our warehouse within 7 days from the day you received your order.
